This policy explains cancellation rules for skill-based contests conducted on IQBattles.

1. User Cancellation

Once a contest is joined and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the user, as prize pools are created based on participant entry fees.

IQBattles may cancel or reschedule contests due to insufficient participants, technical issues, or operational reasons.

If a contest is cancelled by the platform, the entry fee will be refunded to the user’s wallet or original payment method as applicable.

The platform reserves the right to cancel participation in cases of suspected fraud or violation of terms.

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Gujarat, India.
