1. Nature of Platform

IQBattles is a 100% skill-based online quiz competition platform. The platform does not involve gambling, betting, wagering, or games of chance. Contest outcomes depend entirely on user knowledge, performance, and speed.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older.
• Users must provide accurate and truthful information.
• Accounts found providing false details may be suspended.

3. Account & Fair Play

• No bots, automation tools, scripts, or unfair practices allowed.
• Multiple accounts by a single user are prohibited.
• Violation may result in account suspension and wallet balance forfeiture.

4. Entry Fees & Platform Service Fee

Certain contests may require an entry fee. The total prize pool is formed from participant entry fees. IQBattles deducts a transparent platform service fee before distributing winnings.

5. Rewards & Withdrawals

Winnings are credited to the user's wallet after contest completion. Withdrawals are processed only after successful KYC verification and are subject to minimum withdrawal limits.

6. Refund Policy

Entry fees are non-refundable once a contest has started. In case of technical failure or contest cancellation, refunds may be processed at the platform's discretion.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely through RBI-authorized payment gateways. IQBattles does not store card or banking information.

8. Limitation of Liability

IQBattles shall not be held responsible for technical interruptions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment gateway failures.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gujarat, India.

10. Ownership

IQBattles is owned and operated by Rutvik Bhingradiya, Sole Proprietor, Gujarat, India.

11. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
