IQBattles is a 100% skill-based competition platform. Withdrawals apply only to eligible winnings credited to the user wallet after completion of contests.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–7 working days after successful KYC verification, through RBI-authorized payment gateways.

5. Tax Deduction (If Applicable)

Applicable taxes including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) may be deducted as per Indian income tax laws before processing withdrawals.

6. Fraud & Compliance

The platform reserves the right to hold or reject withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity, multiple accounts, or policy violations.

7. Non-Compliance

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or permanent restriction.

8. Ownership & Jurisdiction

IQBattles is owned and operated by Rutvik Bhingradiya, Sole Proprietor, Gujarat, India. This policy is governed by the laws of India.
