Entry fees paid to join skill-based contests are generally non-refundable once a contest has started, as prize pools are formed from participant contributions.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

• Technical failure from the platform side
• Payment deducted but contest access not granted
• Duplicate payment due to system error
• Contest cancelled by IQBattles

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds may be credited to the user's wallet or refunded to the original payment method, depending on the case.

4. Processing Timeline

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of the transaction. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via RBI-authorized payment gateways.

5. Fraud & Abuse

Refunds will not be granted in cases of policy violation, unfair practices, or misuse of the platform.

6. Final Decision

IQBattles reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion.
